Our 1:1 sessions will include a review of your goals from the previous week, or goal-setting if it is your first session based on our consultation, and then I will walk you through your personalized, full-body, fitness program, we will finish with a recap of our sessions, as well as assess how your habits and other areas of life are affecting your quality of life overall. We can discuss strategies to improve or maintain your focus so that you can maintain your momentum.
If you are signed on as a virtual client, you will have direct access to me, 24/7! You will invited to download my app, where you will have in-app messaging and support from me at any time, you will be able to track workouts and other health and habit statistics, have workout programs prescribed to you as you progress WITH video demonstrations at your fingertips.
