I'm Gina, your personal trainer and well-being coach! I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who has a passion for helping others not only find their health, but also what makes them feel strong. I am a firm believer in putting in the physical work to reach your goals, but also make habitual changes that keep you moving forward!
I started my fitness venture in 2013 and have competed in countless 5k's, 10k's, a half marathon, obstacle races, and am also a Triathlete, and I have been able to accomplish these feats by establishing a foundational program, which will be shared with you, a strong support system, which is what my goal is to be FOR you, and also build that momentum that keeps your progress as my main focus.
We will work together to create attainable, but challenging, goals and help you create the healthy habits that keep you accountable and feeling strong both mentally and physically!
